Return Policy
We gladly accept returns for exchanges or in-store credit. Cash refunds are not authorized.
Repairs Policy
On all our repairs we offer a 6-month warranty from the day you pick it up unless picked up 6 months later than when it was completed, which makes the warranty void. This does not cover any damage done by the customer, this only covers what/where the repair was done.
Warranties
We offer a year warranty on all our jewelry sales, excluding Lafonn, Citizen, and Seiko, which have a lifetime, 5 year, and 3 year warranty respectively through their companies.
